SYX MOTO JUMP — Limited Factory Liquidation Warranty Policy

Effective Date: June 16, 2026 Applicable Model: SYX MOTO JUMP 5000W Electric Motorcycle (All Variants)

1. Factory Liquidation Status & "AS-IS" Sale Notice

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. The SYX MOTO JUMP 5000W is offered exclusively as a Factory Liquidation Item at an unprecedented, deeply discounted price (Original MSRP $3,299, now liquidated for $1,699). Due to the closeout nature of this inventory and the termination of the original manufacturing supply chain, all sales are final. This vehicle is sold "AS-IS" and does not carry the standard 1-year or 2-year manufacturer warranty for long-term parts replacement or labor.

2. 30-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Arrival Guarantee

While we cannot offer long-term extended warranty support, we heavily stand behind the initial quality of your purchase. Your peace of mind at the moment of unboxing is fully protected:

The Guarantee: We guarantee that your SYX MOTO JUMP will arrive 100% operational, fully functional, and free from catastrophic manufacturing defects out of the box.

Coverage Window: This Arrival Guarantee is valid for 30 calendar days starting from the date of confirmed delivery by the freight carrier.

What We Cover: If any core component—specifically the Motor, Battery, or Controller—is found to be non-functional (Dead on Arrival) within these first 30 days due to a defect, SYX MOTO will work with you to provide a resolution (which may include a partial refund, return for exchange, or return for refund depending on available backstock).

3. What Is Excluded From Delivery Coverage?

This limited arrival guarantee does not cover any issues arising after successful assembly and ride testing, including but not limited to:

Damage caused by crashes, accidents, misuse, stunting, or off-road abuse beyond normal riding.

Normal wear-and-tear parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, seats).

Damage resulting from improper user assembly, water damage to electrical components after delivery, or modifications to the 72V electrical system.

Minor cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or paint chips sustained during international freight shipping that do not affect the safety or operation of the motorcycle.

4. How to File an Arrival Claim

If your vehicle arrives damaged or non-functional, you must notify our customer support team within the 30-day window:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support line at [Your Support Email] with your Order Number.

  2. Provide Evidence: You must provide clear video evidence showing the unboxing/assembly and demonstrating the exact issue with the motor, battery, or electrical system.

  3. Keep Packaging: Do not discard the original heavy-duty shipping crate/box until you have confirmed the bike is 100% operational. Any approved returns must be shipped back in the original packaging.

5. Customer Acknowledgement

By completing your purchase of the SYX MOTO JUMP 5000W at this liquidation clearance price, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a closeout model with limited post-sale parts availability and that after the initial 30-day arrival guarantee window expires, SYX MOTO holds no further liability for part replacements, maintenance, or mechanical support.
