MCO Request

Please Read Before Requesting Certificate of Origin.

MSO

You should expect to receive the following documents:

• A Certificate of Origin (MCO), also known as Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) or the Title
• A Bill of Sale

Onroad Vehicles

Customers will always need MSO to registered onroad vehicles. They should get the title from the seller.

SYX MOTO does not have onroad vehicles so far.

Offroad Vehicles

For offroad units, if customers do not take units to certain riding areas, they do not need to register the units.

For certain riding areas, registration is mandatory. Then customer will need MSO. Please email us:

Clear pictures of the VIN (VIN No. Position)
Type the VIN (a unique 17 digit alpha-number )

If customer didn't buy from SYX MOTO but from a previous owner, SYX MOTO do not issue MSO.

Standard MSO - FREE

MSO is free for the first time.

Remake is $40

Notorization

If you need notorization documents, a doc required only certain area or DMVs

MSO Notarization service is not available until Aug 1, 2022

MSO, mailed via USPS Mail, for FREE.

Express MSO mailing service $40

If you want to use faster mailing service, you'll be responsible for the freight cost.
