Delivery Receipt Instructions
🚨 IMPORTANT: READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING FOR YOUR SHIPMENT!
All SYX MOTO vehicles are high-value products. Depending on the size of your order, your bike will be delivered via FedEx Ground or LTL Freight (primarily Central Transport).
According to standard logistics regulations, your signature on the delivery receipt constitutes a legal acknowledgment that the shipment was received in good and acceptable condition.
To protect yourself against transit damages, please follow these mandatory inspection instructions before the delivery driver leaves.
Step 1: Inspect the Outer Packaging (Before Signing)
When the driver arrives with your shipment, DO NOT let them rush you. You have the absolute legal right to inspect the box before signing anything.
Check all sides of the box/crate. Look for major punctures, large tears, a bent steel frame/pallet, or any signs that the unit inside has been severely crushed or compromised.
Take Photos: We highly recommend taking 2-3 quick photos of the box as it sits on the truck or curb before you touch it. This creates an indisputable record.
Step 2: Determine Your Delivery Action
Based on your inspection, you must take one of the following two actions:
🟢 OPTION A: Accept the Delivery (For Intact Boxes or Minor Scuffs)
If the box looks good, or if there is only minor outer cardboard wear but the unit inside is clearly intact and rideable:

Sign the delivery receipt.

Unbox carefully. If you later find minor cosmetic damage (such as a scuffed plastic body panel or a cracked plastic shield), do not worry!

File a Parts Claim: Take photos of the specific damaged part and email us at syxmoto-spf@syxmoto.com within 48 hours. We will ship out free replacement parts immediately under our official Warranty Policy.
🔴 OPTION B: REFUSE the Delivery (For Severe Structural Damage ONLY)
If the shipment has sustained severe structural damage (e.g., the steel frame inside is bent, the vehicle is severely crushed, or components are completely broken and unsafe to ride):

Tell the driver you are REFUSING the shipment due to damage.

Write "REFUSED DUE TO DAMAGE" clearly on the driver’s paper delivery receipt or electronic handheld device.

Take immediate photos/videos of the damage while the driver is present.

Notify us immediately at syxmoto-spf@syxmoto.com with your order number and the photos so we can initiate your replacement or refund process.
⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING: Refusing a perfectly safe and rideable vehicle due to minor outer box scratches or simple buyer’s remorse will subject your order to a 25% restocking fee and deductions for round-trip freight expenses. Please use your best judgment.
Step 3: Crucial Rules for Post-Delivery
Once you have successfully accepted the package, please adhere to the following strict requirements:
📦 KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING: Do NOT destroy, tear up, or throw away the original box, pallet, or tray ties! You must keep all packaging materials intact for the entire duration of your warranty period. SYX MOTO strictly cannot accept any returns or exchanges without the original packaging.
🔧 Report Invisible Damage Within 48 Hours: If you unbox the bike and find "concealed damage" (damage that wasn't visible from the outside of the box), you must notify us with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a timely claim with FedEx or Central Transport. Delayed reports may result in claim denials by the carrier.
