At SYX MOTO, your riding experience and satisfaction are our top priorities. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, and any applicable fees (including restocking and packaging material fees).
🚨 CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGING! Do NOT throw away, destroy, or damage the original box, pallet, tray ties, or packaging materials upon delivery. To be eligible for any return, exchange, or refund, the product MUST be returned in its original packaging. We strictly DO NOT accept returns without the original packaging materials. Please keep them safe for the entire duration of your warranty period.
1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
All returns must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund or exchange:
PRE-APPROVED ORIGINAL PACKAGING (MANDATORY): Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all boxes, pallets, tray ties, instruction manuals, and parts.
What if I threw away the box? We do not accept returns without packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, you must purchase suitable heavy-duty packaging from online or local stores (e.g., Amazon, U-Haul) before returning, or contact us to purchase replacement packaging materials (the cost of which will be heavily deducted from your refund).
Pre-Authorization Required: Every return must be pre-approved by our Customer Service team and assigned an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be automatically refused by our warehouse.
Product Condition: Items must be returned in brand-new, unridden, and re-sellable condition, with no alterations, signs of abuse, negligence, or accidents. Proper product maintenance prior to return is required.
Parts & Accessories: All individual parts and accessories purchased on syxmoto.com are final sale and cannot be returned, unless you received an incorrect item or the item arrived damaged.
Exclusions: Items that have been used, ridden, or held for more than 30 days from delivery are no longer eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.
2. Fees & Deductions
To maintain our highly competitive prices, the following fees apply to regular returns:
Restocking Fee: A 25% to 35% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, depending on the condition of the returned item and its packaging.
Shipping Costs: Initial shipping fees and return freight expenses are non-refundable. The total round-trip freight costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Missing/Damaged Items: The cost of any missing components, manuals, or damages sustained due to improper or non-original packaging during return transit will be deducted from your refund.
3. Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request Email our support team at syxmoto-spf@syxmoto.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a clear explanation for the return, and photographs/videos documenting that the product is safely packed inside its original packaging.
Step 2: Obtain an RMA Number Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Print two (2) copies of the RMA number on standard letter-size paper and secure them firmly to the outside of the original box. Our warehouse cannot process returns without a visible RMA number.
Step 3: Ship It Back Ship the package back to our designated facility as instructed by customer service. Ensure the vehicle is securely fastened inside the original box just as it arrived.
Step 4: Inspection & Refund Once received, your return will be inspected and processed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within two (2) billing cycles.
Note: Items returned in damaged or non-original packaging will not be processed as refunds and may be shipped back to you at your expense.
4. Shipping Damage Policy
We take great pride in our logistics; 99% of our shipments arrive in perfect condition. However, please inspect your product carefully upon delivery.
For Bikes / Scooters / ATVs:
Minor/Cosmetic Damage: If the unit has minor cosmetic damage (such as cracked plastics or scuffed body panels) but is fully safe and rideable, please accept the delivery. Email us at syxmoto-spf@syxmoto.com to file a damage claim, and we will ship replacement parts to you immediately (see our Warranty Policy for details). Again, keep the original box just in case.
Warning: If you refuse a delivery for a unit that is in safe, rideable condition, a 25% restocking fee plus round-trip freight costs will apply.
Major/Structural Damage: If the frame is bent or the unit is severely damaged and unsafe to ride, please contact SYX MOTO Customer Service immediately while the delivery driver is still present. We will evaluate the situation and issue an RMA number on the spot if applicable.
Concealed/Post-Delivery Damage: If you accepted the shipment and later discover damage beyond repair, you must send photos immediately to file a carrier claim. This allows the carrier to retrieve the unit. If a carrier claim cannot be filed due to delay or lack of proof, the return will be treated as a standard return (requiring the original packaging) and regular return fees will apply.
For Parts & Accessories:
If a part or accessory arrives damaged and unusable, please contact us immediately with clear photos. We will evaluate the damage and, per your preference, either issue a full refund or send a brand-new replacement.
5. Order Cancellation & Delivery Refusal
Cancellation Requests: Cancellations must be submitted via email ONLY. All successful cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Refusal of Delivery: Any unauthorized delivery refusals or cancellation requests made after an order has been processed and shipped will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, plus all incurred round-trip freight costs. This policy applies to all items, including those advertised with "Free Shipping."
Pricing Errors: SYX MOTO reserves the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds in the rare event of a pricing error. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Freight Delivery Disclaimer:
Large items are delivered via full-size Semi-Trucks with curbside drop-off only.
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking and coordinate with the carrier. If a Semi-Truck cannot access your residential street (due to narrow roads, low trees, etc.), you must make arrangements to accept delivery down the street or pick it up at the carrier’s local terminal.
If you refuse delivery because the truck cannot reach your door, or for any reason other than structural damage, you will be held responsible for all round-trip freight expenses.
6. Replacements & Part Exchanges
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we may ship replacement parts in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
If parts cannot resolve the issue, a full unit replacement will be sent within 5 business days of receiving your returned item.
Return Deadline: You must return the original item in its original packaging using the provided prepaid label within 5 days of receiving your replacement request to avoid being charged for both items.
Limit on Replacements: A replacement cannot be issued for an item that has already been returned and replaced once before.
