At SYX MOTO, we understand how eager you are to hit the trails. That’s why we partner with top-tier logistics carriers to ensure your vehicles, parts, and accessories arrive as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, your delivery carrier and estimated arrival window depend on the size and weight of your order:

2. LTL Freight Delivery Policy (For Central Transport Shipments)

If your order is heavy or oversized, it will be shipped via LTL Freight (primarily utilizing Central Transport). Because these deliveries are handled by full-size Semi-Trucks, please carefully review the policy below:

Phone Confirmation & Appointment Required: Central Transport (or the designated freight carrier) will call you using the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a specific delivery window. Please ensure your phone number is accurate and answer calls from unfamiliar numbers. Failure to coordinate with the carrier may result in delivery delays or costly storage fees.

Curbside Drop-Off Only: Freight deliveries are strictly curbside only. Drivers are not responsible for bringing the vehicle up your driveway, into your garage, or inside your home.

Narrow / Inaccessible Roads: If your residential street is too narrow or restricted for a full-size Semi-Truck to safely enter and turn around, you must make arrangements to accept delivery down the street or pick up the unit directly from the carrier’s local terminal. Refusing delivery due to truck accessibility will incur round-trip freight charges.

3. Mandatory Delivery Inspection & Signature

📦 For All Vehicles (FedEx & Central Transport Shipments):

A direct signature from an adult (18+) is strictly required for all vehicle deliveries. Do not sign for the package until you have inspected the outer packaging.

Minor Cosmetic Scratches: Our packaging protects your bike 99% of the time, but minor scuffs on plastic panels can occasionally happen during transit. If the unit is safe and rideable, please accept the delivery, take photos, and contact us at syxmoto-spf@syxmoto.com. We will ship replacement parts to you immediately.

Severe Structural Damage: If you notice severe damage (e.g., a bent steel frame, completely crushed box), refuse the shipment immediately and write "Refused due to damage" on the driver's receipt or electronic device. Contact our customer service team right away while the driver is present.

Unauthorized Refusals: Refusing a perfectly rideable vehicle for reasons other than severe structural damage will subject your order to a restocking fee and round-trip freight deductions.

4. How to Track Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will automatically send a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and the assigned carrier (FedEx or Central Transport).

Track Your Package in 3 Easy Steps:

💡 Pro-Tip for Buyers: It is the customer's sole responsibility to monitor the tracking information. Please stay updated on your delivery date to ensure someone is available to inspect and sign for your shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We cannot ship vehicles or large parts to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses. A physical street address is required.

Address Corrections: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Any address modifications requested after the shipment has left our facility will incur a rerouting fee charged by the carrier.
