You must keep all original packaging materials (box, pallet, foam, straps, ties, manuals, and all included accessories) for the entire warranty period.
Packaging is required for any warranty claim, return, or replacement part shipment. SYX MOTO will not process any warranty claim without the original packaging.
If you no longer have the original packaging, you must obtain replacement packaging (from Amazon, U-Haul, or a local shipping store) before filing a claim. SYX MOTO does not provide replacement packaging.

SECTION 1: GAS-POWERED MODELS
Engine Warranty
SYX MOTO warrants the engine of gas-powered dirt bikes against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods from the date of original retail purchase:

Covered engine components include:
All internal lubricated parts: pistons, piston rings, piston pins, connecting rods, rod bearings, camshaft, camshaft bearings, timing chain, crankshaft, crankshaft main bearings, oil pump, water pump, valves, valve springs, valve guides, valve seats, valve lifters, valve push rods.
The engine head and cylinder are covered only if damage is caused solely by the mechanical failure of one or more internal lubricated components listed above.
The engine case is covered only if damage is caused solely by the mechanical failure of one or more internal lubricated components listed above.
What the engine warranty does NOT cover:

Damage from lack of maintenance (oil changes, air filter cleaning, valve adjustments)

Damage from improper break-in procedure

Damage from using incorrect fuel or oil

Damage from overheating (caused by improper use or modifications)

Damage from water ingestion or submersion

Damage from external impact or crash damage

Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs

Normal wear and tear (rings, valves, gaskets after normal service life)
Break-In Requirement (Gas Models)
To maintain engine warranty validity, the following break-in procedure must be completed:

Failure to follow the break-in procedure may void the engine warranty.
Frame & Chassis Warranty (Gas Models)
The frame is covered against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.
What the frame warranty does NOT cover:

Paint fade, scratches, impact marks, or cosmetic damage

Impact damage from crashes, jumps, or stunting

Damage from drilling, welding, or frame modification

Any bent, cracked, or damaged frame caused by abuse or misuse
Parts & Components Warranty (Gas Models)
Original SYX MOTO parts and components (excluding the engine) are covered against manufacturing defects for one (1) month from the date of original retail purchase.
Wear and tear parts NOT covered include but are not limited to:

Tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, grips

Chain, sprockets, spark plugs, fuses, bulbs

Gaskets, filters (oil, air, fuel)

Clutch wear parts, drive belt

Chrome parts (covered for 10 days from delivery only)
What the parts warranty does NOT cover:

Damage from crashes, jumps, stunting, racing, or external impact

Damage from improper assembly or lack of maintenance

Damage from modifications or use of non-SYX MOTO parts

Corrosion, paint fade, scratches, or cosmetic damage

Damage from water exposure, mud, or pressure washing

Labor charges for installation or repair
Transmission & Drive System (Gas Models)
All internal lubricated parts within the transmission case are covered under the same warranty period as the engine (based on engine size).
The transmission case is covered only if damage is caused solely by the mechanical failure of one or more internal lubricated components.
Broken gears due to outside impact are not covered.
SECTION 2: ELECTRIC MODELS
Frame Warranty (Electric Models)
SYX MOTO frames are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.
If a frame is determined to be defective, SYX MOTO will replace it with the same or most comparable frame available. Labor charges for frame replacement are not covered.
SYX MOTO reserves the right to use scratch-and-dent stock for warranty frame replacements.
What the frame warranty does NOT cover:

Damage from non-reversible modification (drilling, welding, cutting)

Bent or cracked chainguard mounts

Any frame that has been modified or repaired by an unauthorized party
Battery Warranty (Electric Models)
SYX MOTO batteries are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase.
During the first year of service, a defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.
No cash reimbursement will be made. All defective battery determinations are at the sole discretion of SYX MOTO.
What the battery warranty does NOT cover:

Damage from accident, abuse, misuse, or abnormal use (including stunt riding, racing, or activities not consistent with intended use)

Damage from improper storage (including extreme temperatures below -4°F / -20°C or above 113°F / 45°C)

Damage from exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand, or dirt
-
Damage from pressure washing, submersion, or riding through deep water/standing water
-
Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
-
Batteries with removed, defaced, or tampered serial numbers or seals
-
Normal capacity degradation (up to 20% loss per year is considered normal)

Damage caused by using a charger not supplied or approved by SYX MOTO

Damage from improper charging (overcharging, using incorrect voltage)

Batteries used in equipment other than the SYX MOTO electric dirt bike it was originally purchased with

Cables and grips

Spokes and rims (when damaged from impact)
SECTION 3: GENERAL TERMS (ALL MODELS)
Packaging Requirement for All Warranty Claims
🔴 You MUST keep all original packaging materials for the duration of the warranty period.
This includes:

Why packaging is required:

If you have lost or discarded the original packaging:

SYX MOTO does not provide replacement packaging materials

Warranty Void Conditions (All Models)
The warranty is void if the product has been:

Modified without SYX MOTO authorization (including controller tuning, battery upgrades, motor modifications, frame alterations)

Repaired by an unauthorized third party

Used for racing, stunting, commercial purposes, or any activity not consistent with its intended off-road use

Damaged by water, submersion, pressure washing, or extreme weather conditions
-
Damaged by abuse, neglect, or accident
-
Subject to removal or tampering of serial numbers or VIN
-
Original packaging is not available when filing a warranty claim
Additional void conditions for gas models:

Operated without proper maintenance (oil changes, air filter cleaning, etc.)

How to File a Warranty Claim

Ensure you have ALL original packaging materials available.

If approved, replacement parts will be shipped. Customer pays shipping for warranty parts unless it is the first claim within 30 days of delivery.

Defective parts may be requested for return to SYX MOTO for inspection (customer pays return shipping). Returns must be shipped using original packaging.

IMPORTANT: Inspect your vehicle thoroughly BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.
