"Syx has the best customer service I've ever experienced and the bike is better than I expected. My Sprk showed up in perfect condition and turns all the heads! It has some serious torque even with all 230lbs of me on it. Hills are no trouble and the suspension is incredibly smooth with lots of adjustment. Would recommend to a friend."
