Upgrade your 90cc, 110cc, or 125cc pit bike with our Cover-Integrated Hydraulic Motorcycle Clutch Kit. Designed to replace rigid cable systems, this setup features an engine-cover slave cylinder with an 85mm mounting pitch that installs directly in place of your stock right-side crankcase cover.
With a 10mm master piston and a precision 1.5–1.7mm effective slave stroke, it ensures quick disengagement and light lever pull. The system comes complete with a 925mm Nylon 6 pressure hose, M8×22 banjo bolts, an adjustable lever for custom grip size, and a dual-finish build (phosphate-coated master cylinder & anodized milled slave cylinder) for long-lasting trail performance.
