Surprised
"I recently bought the 58cc 4 stroke dirtbike off Amazon. I was skeptical because the price didn't seem to match the quality. There's an old saying, "you get what you pay for" however for this dirt bike I was happily surprised. I expected to have issues because of the price. As I began assembling the bike it went together smoothly. The bike ran great with no issues however, the carburetor in the bike went out. I watched many tutorials on how to clean it and fix it, but the bike still wasn't running correctly. A local small motors mechanic told me the carburetor needed to be replaced and it was a nine week waiting list to get it fixed through the mechanic. To fix it was as much as what I paid for the bike. I reached out to the company through their Amazon link and was extremely impressed and happy with the customer service. Not only did they send me out a new carburetor, they did not give me a hard time about it. I spoke with them through their chat option on Amazon, sent them photos of the old carburetor and they sent a new one in the mail. I was able to replace the carburetor myself and the bike works perfectly. I've changed the oil as recommended within the first 10 miles due to it being a new bike, and this bike runs great. My daughter loves it and that's what it's all about at the end of the day. Thank you for having great customer service and overall a great product.
